Documents Required For DIN and DSC

Documents/details are required for obtaining the Digital Signature (DSC) of the persons intending to become Directors:

Indian National:

1. Duly filled & signed DSC form along with a photograph
2. Self-attested PAN Card as proof of identity;
3. Self-attested Proof of Residence (Passport, Driving license, Voter Identity Card, Bank statement signed by the Bank or Utility Bill not older than 2 months)

Foreign National:

1. Duly filled & signed DSC form along with a photograph
2. Self-attested Passport Copy as proof of identity with Public Notary of the foreign country and apostilled;
3. Self-attested Proof of Residence (Driving license, Voter Identity Card, Bank statement signed by the Bank or Utility Bill not older than 3 months)​

Indian National:

1. PAN Card as proof of identity;
2. Proof of residence (Passport Copy, Voter Identity card, Driving License, Aadhaar or Utility Bill not older than 2 months);
3. Passport Size Photograph (in JPEG format);
4. E-mail Id;
5. Mobile Number;
6. Current Occupation;
7. Educational Qualification.

Foreign National:

1. Passport Copy as proof of identity;
2. Self-attested Proof of residence with Public Notary of the foreign country and apostilled (Passport Copy, Voter Identity Card, Driving License or Utility Bill not older than 1 year);
3. Passport Size Photograph (in JPEG format);
4. E-mail Id;
5. Mobile Number;
6. Current Occupation;
7. Educational Qualification.
